Strength and Conditioning is about more than lifting weights.
It encourages two different energy systems to thrive.
Strength- to get stronger doesn’t just mean lifting heavier weights, it means supporting the growth with scheduling and rest, allowing the muscle to recover to enhance performance.
Conditioning- this is where the athletic side comes in, endurance, explosion, core development and callisthenics.
The Strength and Conditioning class covers all of the above and is an exciting way to train. It compliments any existing training program.
With the use of weights, battleropes, kettlebell’s, slam balls, suspension trainers and so much more.
It encompasses the entire development of the athlete and what is needed to improve physical performance. This includes plyometrics, speed and agility, endurance and core stability with strength training being just one piece of the jigsaw.
