The Evolving Fitness approach to personal training is based on understanding what you believe your goals to be and helping you towards them. We will guide, motivate and inspire you to keep heading towards your own finish line and beyond. Whether your goal is to get fit, lose weight, improve muscle mass or improve your own sporting performance, we have whatever you need to get there.

Training Systems

Weight Loss – Our approach to weight loss combines high intensity training with strength training, providing stimulation to the body enabling it to burn fat. High levels of intensity and effort result in stimulating the body to increase muscular strength whilst burning fat resulting in weight loss. This combined with nutritional support and advice and body composition analysis keeps you on track to reach your goal.

Strength and Conditioning – More than just lifting weights. This training method utilizes the whole body for rapid weight loss. It improves your power, speed and endurance system, increases core stability and supports your athletic gains. Whatever your goal is we can apply the method of training best suited to your desired outcome. Whether that is to increase fitness levels, become stronger or to increase muscle mass we can provide a solution to enable you to perform more effectively. Stepping outside your comfort zone will be hard work and will be challenging but it will bring great rewards.

We understand how difficult it can be for some people to seek out help to start them on their journey towards change.  There are many barriers that we put in place to prevent us doing just that. We fully understand the power of lifting weight and being physically fit. We believe in the power of a strong healthy body. We believe we have the tools and the expertise to give you exactly that.

Whether it’s strength and conditioning, weight loss or you’re looking for motivation, we will be able to help. We will ask you to work hard, we will ask you to support the work outside the studio that we do inside the studio. We will ask you to take charge of your eating patterns and we will guide you through the whole process.
