Whether it be 2,3 or 4 in a group, booking private sessions has lots of advantages. Firstly the training is specific to the groups needs. Secondly it’s lots of fun and your technique is drilled down and not overlooked like it could be in a busy class environment. Training as a group helps share the cost. The time can be used for either fitness, strength and conditioning work or yoga. Some clients have a combination of both. How you want to use the time with us in the studio is completely up to you and then managed by us. All you need to do is turn up and have a great time.
